Zoe Smith
Born in Grenada and raised in the UK, Zoe Smith spent years navigating the complexities of diaspora identity — belonging everywhere and nowhere at once.
After a successful career in international development and social impact, she made the decision that changed everything: returning home to Grenada.
But the move wasn't simple. The questions weren't just about logistics — they were about belonging, trust, and what it really means to build a life in a place you left behind.
Through her own journey, Zoe discovered that what diaspora people need isn't just information. They need a trusted network, honest guidance, and a community that understands the nuances of return.
That's why she founded Exodus Collective.
